Ref Fee Reimbursement Process
1. For ALL matches (home and away) the team manager will pay the referee fee due
a. WDSL - 50% of the total fee due to referee for both Home & Away matches payable by each team
b. DDSL - Home Team pay’s 100% of Fee’s due.
c. DDSL ‘CUP’ - 50% of the total fee due to referee for both Home & Away matches payable by each team
d. UCL - Home Team pay’s 100% of Fee’s due.
e. LSL - Home Team pay’s 100% of Fee’s due.
2. The manager may claim reimbursement of referee fee’s from the club using the appropriate reimbursement form.
3. Claims must be submitted on fully completed forms. Claim can be for a single or multiple (up to a maximum of 10 claims per form) games. Claims must be backed by the appropriate form or they will not be paid
4. Claims reimbursement can be sought on following occasions only:
a. Monthly at Managers meeting and/or
b. Weekly on Saturdays between 10 & 11 am at Woodland’s Office. While every effort will be made to have claims dealt with each Saturday there will be occasions when this will not be possible due to unavailability of administrator
5. The W.D.S.L and the referee association have now come to an agreement on the fee for refereeing at each age group. These prices are as follows:-
11 & 12 years €30.00
13 & 14 years €40.00
15 & 16 years €50.00
These prices are effective from saturday 22nd november 2008 and are fixed for two years with a review of the new set up after 1 year.
